AMAR AHMAD is a 23 year old south asain filmmaker and designer recently graduated from RISD’s FILM and ANIMATION program (2023).
His past work experience includes ANIMUS STUDIOS, a production company in Providence, RI. He also was a Creative Department Intern at INTERSCOPE RECORDS in Los Angeles, CA during the summer of 2023. He is currently based in Brooklyn NYC as a freelance editor and designer. Now that he is in the city he hopes to keep making films with his friends as much as possible.
Though he loves film he also has a passion for music and has been playing in his own band, ART SLOB,since he was 13. Additionally he has been interested in acting and playwriting since highschool, most recently playing roles in STUPID FUCKING BIRD, and SPRING AWAKENING at Brown University.
